A DAY IN THE

LIFE

with Caroline Hurley

A day in the life with Caroline Hurley is a gentle blend of intentionality, creativity, and conscious living. From the moment she wakes, her ritual begins with a sense of gratitude and grounding. Her mornings are slow, beginning with herbal tea, soft sunlight, and a shower under her Water Sergeon filtered showerhead — a small but powerful act of self-care she swears by to nourish her skin and center her senses.
Caroline, a textile designer and creative entrepreneur, believes that clarity in the body leads to clarity in the mind. Her workspace is filled with natural light, soft linens, and the calming presence of handmade objects, where she designs with purpose and care. Throughout her day, she makes time to walk barefoot in the garden, prepare vibrant meals, and return to herself. Her life reflects a philosophy we deeply align with — that every moment, no matter how ordinary, holds the power to restore, inspire, and elevate when lived consciously.

WATER &

PAINTING

with Joe Henry Baker

For Joe Henry Baker, water is not just a medium—it is the very essence of his artistic process and creative expression. Each morning begins with a ritual of cleansing and clarity, where he immerses himself under pure, filtered water that refreshes his body and sharpens his mind. Water fuels his inspiration, flowing through every brushstroke and wash of color on the canvas.
Joe’s paintings capture the fluidity and vitality of water itself—its ability to cleanse, transform, and give life. As an artist deeply connected to nature, he understands that the quality of water influences not only his physical wellbeing but also the energy and authenticity of his work. With every piece he creates, Joe invites viewers to experience the purity and power of water—reminding us all that just as water nourishes the body, it also revitalizes the soul and ignites creativity.
Water played a role in more ways than one: The salinity of the ocean water had an impact on the painting itself, creating a crystallization effect as the work dried, and Joe’s ’studio’ became the empty, freeing beach, his movements influenced by the waves before him.
